Well after a month and a half of planning, designing and executing 2 large art projects...I spent the past week trying to get some spring cleaning done, planning a birthday party, catching up with some of my girlfriends and trying not to let the little things in life ruin my days.
I've still got the butterfly opening at the HSVBG on May 5th to look forward to but need to organize my thoughts on that. Lots of birthdays coming up including my stepdaughters 16th bday. Gardening, domestic duties, keeping up with family far away etc.
I've taken it easy today so I would be upbeat and energetic for my date with my husband tonight but he came home a while ago not feeling well and all I can think about is how I could have been more productive if I knew our date was going to fall through *sigh*

Oh my goodness. That happened to me recently - I cleared the day and planned on a date night with my husband that fell through at the last minute because he wasn't feeling well. Oh well - what are you gonna do? Good thing I know where he lives and can reschedule. LOL Hope you were able to take raincheck.
